Here are some of the products I have used up.
Always Eye Makeup Remover Liquid – Gentle Oil Free
I was looking for an oil-free makeup remover, and I ended up buying this one. I was expecting this to be at least decent because it is apparently the #1 eye makeup remover brand in North America but GIRL. This did not do anything for waterproof mascara. Skip if you have any tough makeup to remove.
The Body Shop Camomile Sumptuous Cleansing Butter
My go to cleanser when I do a double cleanse. Not heavy, just a great makeup remover. It is balmy in texture, but once the warmth in your fingers touches the cleanser it melts into an oil. Although it does not remove waterproof makeup as well as the camomile cleansing oil, but it still does a great good at removing makeup. I recommend using this as a second cleanser for a double cleanse.
The Body Shop Camomile Silky Cleansing Oil
My HG cleansing oil, it never fails me. It has a silky texture, unlike olive oil which has an oily texture. It does remove waterproof mascara, but depending how tough your mascara is you might need to rub a little to remove the waterproof mascara. Although it doesn’t melt the makeup instantly, it does remove tough waterproof mascara eventually.
SQS No!Kosuri-Care-Pore Care by Washing
I bought this when I first went to Japan. I just ran out of my normal cleanser, and on a whim bought this cleanser. I have no idea what it says, but looking at the pictures on display I would assume it cleans the pore. Although I didn’t see much difference in pore size or the number of blackheads, I really enjoyed the cleanser. It wasn’t too drying and made my face clean.
Pure Heals- Centella Ampoule
Before I stumbled on this ampoule I tried Cosrx Centella Blemish Balm beforehand. I loved the Centella Blemish Balm especially for acne scars, so I thought I would like this product as well. It was an alright product, I didn’t see much difference for my acne scars though. Would rather buy Cosrx Centella Blemish Balm than this one.
Skin Advanced Platinum Brightening Toner Jelly
I went to Watson when I was in Taiwan and grabbed this toner. I really had no idea what this was, just saw the words brightening and toner and bought it. The toner was light, almost like jelly. I didn’t see much difference in the brightening aspect nor did I notice a difference after I stopped using this.
Ole Henrickson – Truth Serum
I tend to buy brightening products because I always get hyperpigmentation after getting a pimple. I thought this product would help with my acne scars don’t I dont think I saw any difference after using this product. Probably won’t be buying this anytime soon.
Olay Regenerist Luminous Tone Perfecting Treatment
I also bought this to help with my hyperpigmentation. I am not sure why I didn’t like it because I remember I started using for my scars rather than my hyerpigmentation. Pretty sure it did not help with my acne scars.
Nivea Extra Whitening Antiperspirant
Okay, I am not blessed with white underarms. That is why I bought this deodorant. I am not sure why Canada doesn’t have any whitening deodorant. Like doesn’t anyone else have this problem in Canada? Having deodorant in spray form is convenient and but also a little annoying. You have to be accurate so you do not miss and spray it on your clothes. Or you can just spray it just before you get changed. I didn’t see any difference in my underarms, but I will continue to buy just in case it is helping.
Its skin WH effector
I always saw this product and wanted to see if this would help with my hyperpigmentation. It is a thin serum, not heavy and absorbs into the skin right immediately. Although it had a nice texture, I honestly didn’t see any difference. Even though I stopped using this product, my skin, still looked the same. Probably will not buy again.
It’s Skin Li Effector
This is exactly like the WH effector, I didn’t see any difference in brightness. You would think the WH would do a better job in brightening the skin, both gave the same “brightness”. There is probably no difference between the two serums. Probably would skip these serums.
