when will fungal acne go away

Fungal Acne 101: When Will Fungal Acne Go Away?

I find fungal acne come and go depending on how long you stick to your fungal acne-safe routine. The more strict you are to your skin regimen, the faster you can go back to a normal skincare routine. In this post, we explain what might affect how long you might have fungal acne.

Stricter = Faster Clearer Skin

If you are adamant to include a non-fungal acne-safe product into your skin regimen, the longer it might take to finally clear up your skin. The earlier you switch to a fungal acne-safe routine, the less likely your skin will have an overproduction of yeast and go back to a healthy state.

Find Products You Like

It might be tempting but try not to stray from a fungal acne-safe routine. The best way is to find products you love so you don’t have to resort to non-fungal acne products. The longer you don’t incorporate a fungal acne-safe routine into your skincare the longer the healing time be. It might not heal at all if you keep on straying away from a fungal ance safe routine.

Might Take A While

You probably won’t notice but there will be one day where your skin is back to normal. Maybe one day, you could finally use normal skincare. It might take weeks or even months. But after having clear skin for 2 months, it might be okay to start slowly adding these products back into your skincare. If you add too many non-fungal acne-safe products, your fungal acne might come back. Add new products SLOWLY back into your skincare routine
