Mixsoon Bean Essence Review

The Mixsoon Bean Essence might be the essence that never knew you wanted. I have been trying out new serums lately and I have been noticing how glowy and healthy my skin looked lately. There was only one particular serum that stood out from the rest, it was the Mixsoon Bean Essence.  In this post, will be a Mixsoon Bean Essence Review and I explain why you should go buy this serum.

Brand – Mixsoon

The brand Mixsoon is a  Korean brand that focuses on the quality of ingredients.  They believe that unnecessary ingredients should be removed and only the essential ingredients should be applied to your skin. They use the best ingredients are used for the best effectiveness.

But First – What is a Bean Essence?

If you are like me you are probably wondering what the heck is bean essence?  What does it even do? No, it’s not the beans you find in your kitchen cabinets. They use a special type of bean. Specifically, fermented Bean Extract (amino acids).  Fermented Bean Extract helps protect damaged skin and strengthen the skin barrier.

Bean essence is a multi-tasking essence/exfoliator/serum that helps bring dull skin back to life.

Key Ingredients:

Lactobacillus/soybean ferment extract –  To nourish your skin

Fermented pomegranate – To help to smooth skin texture

Lactobacillus/Soybean Ferment Extract, Lactobacillus/Punica Granatum (Pomegranate) Fruit Ferment Extract, Saccharomyces/Barley Seed Ferment Filtrate, Lactobacillus/Pear Juice Ferment Filtrate

Mixsoon Bean Essence How to Use

As an exfoliant: On clean and dry skin, apply a dime-sized amount and gently massage your skin in circular motions. You should notice granules of dead skin cells come off. These are your dead skin. Wipe them away, and follow up with a  toner and a moisturizer.

For daily use: After cleansing and toning your skin, apply 2-3 pumps to your face. Pat gently with your fingertips and follow with a moisturizer.

My Thoughts – Mixsoon Bean Essence Review

I have been trying lots of serums lately and this is the serum that made a big difference to my skin. I honestly was not expecting any results from it. Mainly because…I mean bean essence? Who would have thought beans could be a star ingredient? Not me.

The beans somehow made my skin looks glowier and healthier. It’s kind of hard to explain. It made my skin glow as if it was glowing within.

I also love the texture. It reminds me of cosrx snail mucin, minus the snail mucin. The Mixsoon Bean Essence feels light yet hydrating.

Ways of Applying

After doing some research apparently, you are supposed to rub the essence and then wipe it off.  While you are rubbing the essence the product will pill and that’s when you wipe it off.   For me it never pilled. So I don’t think it will always pill. I guess it depends on the amount of dead skin you have or if you exfoliate often.

Or you can just apply it normally as I did.

Regardless of the method you choose to apply the bean essence or was lost as I was, your skin will look amazing either way. My skin looks super healthy after using it.

Conclusion

Would I buy this product again? Yes. I would buy the Mixoon bean essence again. There is just something special about the Mixsoon Bean Essence. I never thought that I would like a skincare product with beans in it. Although it uses only super simple ingredients,  it is still able to make your skin look super glowy and healthy.  My skin looked so much brighter and healthier after using this. A++. Highly recommend. If you have yet to try it, you must try it out.
