SNP Vita Jelly Brightening Mask
I haven’t tried many masks from the brand SNP (also known as Shining Nature Purity) before. I heard many good things about their Ampoule masks and their Animal Sheet masks. Yet, no one ever talks about their other mask, the Vita Jelly Mask. I thought it would be a good idea to see if the SNP Jelly Vita Mask is as good as their other masks are hyped up to be.
Unlike the other SNP masks, this mask is jam–packed with many brightening ingredients that contain vitamin c like indian cherry extract, kiwi extract, and other brightening ingredients like niacinamide to help brighten the skin.
Instead of a typical ampoule, this is mask uses a type of jelly. The jelly texture allows the mask to be packed full of nutrients while at the same time, the light texture makes it easier for it to be absorbed into the skin.
What I thought of it
The mask is pretty weird. When you take out the mask out of the package it seems like the mask is fully drenched. However, when you put it on your face the mask was beyond dry as if it has already used. I am not sure if the jelly was supposed to adhere to the mask and the jelly somehow separated from the mask or you are supposed to put the jelly on your face by yourself. Although I had to manually put on the jelly on the mask while it is on my face, it was fairly manageable due to the jelly texture.
On my second try, I tried to see if I moved the jelly towards the mask and see if it becomes drenched. It did not quite work, I still had to manually put the jelly on my face after the mask has been put on.
As for the brightening effect, I did not see any dramatic different after I took the mask off. However, in the pictures, you can see there is a slight brightening effect. Other than the brightening effect I did not see any other noticeable difference. I am still not sure if the mask was supposed to be separated from the jelly, but all in all its an alright mask.
Would I repurchase
No. It was an okay mask, but since I have so many other masks stocked up it is not something I would buy again. There are better masks with a better brightening effect. Some of my favorite brightening masks are Celebrity Snail Essence Mask, Tosowoong Pure Propolis Mask, and Naruko Snail Essence Mask.
