I haven’t posted my beauty favorites for a while, so I have accumulated quite a few favorites.

Shall we get started?

vichy deep cleansing purifying gel

I recently discovered a new cleanser which I am obsessed with. I also mentioned this cleanser in my previous post {here}. It contains salicylic acid which was why I bought it. It is one of my favorite cleansers especially, for acne-prone skin. I tried the Cosrx Salicylic Acid Daily Gentle Cleanser but I didn’t like it as much. The Cosrx Salicylic Acid Cleanser was very soapy and if you get it in your eyes it stings. Also, it kind of leaves a residue on the face which I  am not a fan of. The Vichy Deep Cleansing Gel, on the other hand, doesn’t sting your eyes nor does it dries up your skin and I love the smell of it. It has a light fresh scent, it reminds me of the Biotherm smell.

The ordinary glycolic acid 7%

Oh my gosh, this is by far my favorite The Ordinary product. The day after using this my skin was so glowy. I used it in conjunction with the Drunk Elephant Vit C, my skin looked so healthy and glowy. I would definitely repurchase this when I run out.

the ordinary salicylic acid 2%

I also bought the salicylic acid from The Ordinary for my acne, overall I think it is a great product and would buy it again. I like to use it after my salicylic acid cleanser, Vichy Deep Cleansing Gel and together those two products it really helped with my acne.

Drunk Elephant C-Firma Day serum

I really didn’t want to like the Drunk Elephant C-Firma Vitamin C Serum because it is so expensive. I mean what could beat my favorite Klaris Freshly Juiced Vitamin C Drops? But after hearing everyone raving about the Drunk Elephant Vitamin C I caved and bought it. The first time using it, my skin was super glowy and healthy. I love it but my heart hurts everytime I think about buying it again.

3ce mood lipsticks and lip velvets

I love this line from 3ce, their lip colors really suit Asian skin tones. So far all the colors I bought, I liked them all. Lipsticks:# 221 mellow flower, #222 Step and go. lip velvet # going out, #daffodil

whamisa organic flowers deep rich essence rose

If you have dry skin, this toner is the one for you. It has a thick texture and very hydrating. It has other botanical extracts to help hydrate and nourish the skin. Great product.

the ordinary lactic acid 10%

I really wanted the 5% Latic acid since I heard many people saying you should start with 5% since 10 % could be too harsh. At that time the 5% lactic acid was always sold out, so I opted for the 10% instead. I don’t really consider my skin to be tough but it isn’t sensitive either, but surprisingly the 10% wasn’t harsh on my skin. I quite like this acid, I always find my skin glowing after using it.

glossier cloud paints

I bought this because a lot of people said this was their favorite blushes in their yearly beauty favorites. I was pleasantly surprised by it. the blush was super pigmented, and it also stayed all day on my face. For me, this is rare for a blush to do.

Too cool for school art class by Rodin

I always liked Kevyn Aucoin the Sculpting Contour Powder but this one is a fraction of the price. I just bought this when I was in Korea, and I already hit pan on this. It isn’t too dark or too orange, definitely worth the hype.

3ce Treatment Hair Tint natural ash

If you find that you get brassy after dying your hair, I recommend using this product.  I usually get brassy after 2 or 3 months after getting my hair dyed. I usually use purple shampoo but it only tones the brass and doesn’t make your hair look more ashy. When I use the 3CE Hair Tint, my hair looked toned and much more ashy.  I do prefer the ashier look, so if you are scared of any ashiness in your hair, you might want to skip this.

Secret Key Starting Treatment Essence

I stopped using toners because I didn’t see any dramatic difference after using them but I changed my mind after using the Secret Key Starting Treatment Essence. After using this my skin looked glow and healthy. Plus it is way cheaper than SKII Essence.
