I always heard lots of good things about the brand Leaders. I have tried many masks from Leaders before, but this one stands out. I mean who wouldn’t want to try out a gold mask? I have a tried a gold mask before, namely Guerisson 9 Complex Horse Oil Hydrogel Gold Mask {click to read my review here} and that is one mask experience I will not forget.
I am not sure why brands like to make things out of gold. I mean when you think of gold, do you think of anti-aging? Oddly enough, both gold mask that I have tried says it has antiaging benefits. Not sure if that is a coincidence or not. However, both claimed to lift, restore the elasticity in your skin and wrinkle care.
According to my research gold isn’t all that special, it is mostly aesthetic. Gold’s main function is to act as a carrier molecule, which means it helps deliver product to the skin. However, it only works when it a nano-sized, if they are any bigger like flecks then there isn’t any benefit at all!
Since this particular mask isn’t nano-sized, I don’t know if it will have any benefit to the skin.
Although this mask doesn’t act as a carrier molecule it is special in its own way. Unlike most masks, this mask has three layers instead of the typical single layer. These layers help prevents all the nutrition from evaporating. Instead of evaporating, all the goodness get delivered into your skin.
There are lots of interesting ingredients in this mask. It contains Pure Bud Complex, ginger extract, 40 antioxidant compounds and even mushroom complex 4.

Mushroom complex 4 – Hydrates the skin
What the mask looks like
Like mentioned above, this mask has 3 layers instead of the typical single layer. The top layer is made of out a gold paper, while the inner layer is made of this white material. I expected the mask to fall apart with the slightest touch but that didn’t happen. Even when the mask dries down the mask didn’t separate into different layers. The white layer is a soft cotton layer, similar to a regular face mask.
What I thought about this mask
It is an alright mask, but is it amazing? No, but in the picture, you can kind of see the mask delivers intense moisture. Compared to my before picture, you can see that my skin became glowy and healthy. As for any anti-aging, I didn’t see any major difference. I think this mask would be amazing for dry and dehydrated skin.
