I can’t believe August is already over and already September. Gosh, where did the year go, we are already quarter of the year (meaning it’s almost Christmas =o). Well, I am quite excited since it is my first monthly favorites, but I am even more excited to share with you guys all the products I am currently adoring.
Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Stress Control – Power Cream Wash , Neutrogena Rapid Clear Foaming Scrub and Sunday Riley Sleeping night oil– Although I just recently incorporated these 3 skin care products into my daily routine, I must say I have loving these products so far. My skin have become a bit clearer and the whiteheads have been less visible! Whiteheads are pretty annoying to get rid of and using this three products together is the closest my skin has ever been to be free of whiteheads. I would definitely give these products a go if you have some stubborn whiteheads that just won’t go away.
The Balm Mary lou manizer – This highlighter is just damn A-M-A-Z-I-N-G, it is everything that I wish for in a highlighter. It gives your skin that healthy inner glow which is why I love it. As a dry skin gal, I am always on the lookout for highlighters that give you that dewy but healthy look and this highlighter definitely does the job. This is worth the money as well, I have been using this everyday for a couple of months and a dent is barely visible.
CoverGirl Super Sizer by Lashblast Waterproof Mascara – This mascara is love, unlike most drugstore mascaras it hold my curls! Like most Asian lashes, my lashes are stick straight and rarely holds a curl. I have tried countless mascaras from the drugstore and most of them would start drooping after a couple of minutes. This mascara on the other hand holds my curl for the whole day until I remove my makeup. Make sure you get the waterproof version though! I tried the non waterproof one and the curl did not last at all. With that being said, you are highly likely to need an oil cleanser to remove the mascara, so beware! P.S. This wand does take a while to get use to. When you do use it make sure you have the bristles pointing towards you, this makes sure you do not use the part where there are no bristles and ending up with clumpy mascara.
The YSL Volupté Tint-In-Oil in cherry, is a sheer red that has a glossy finish but non sticky feeling. Not only does it feel and look good, it has an irresistible sweet taste that is just unreal. Sadly, I do not find that it stain the lips. Instead it is more like a lip gloss that needs reapplying after drinking and eating. However, I do think it is great for on the run, great for when you feel tired and need a quick pick me up.
