Isntree Onion Newpair Gel Cream Review
I love Isntree. It is one of my favorite Korean brands. If you know Cosrx and Round Lab, Isntree has a similar vibe. It is one of those brands you can always rely on. Isntree is known for having gentle yet effective skincare. When I saw that they had onion as a star ingredient, I had to say I was pretty intrigued. I have reviewed the isntree toner recently here. Why Red Onion
Is red onion a magic ingredient? Although it might seem strange to find onion in a skincare product, it is not really if you think about it. Unlike normal onion, red onion has a key component that helps with lightening the skin. Red onion contains 30-40 times richer phyto-nutrients ‘flavonoid’ and ‘quercetin than normal onion. It can help with skin tone evening and even wrinkle enhancing.

Texture
The Isntree onion moisturizer is a gel moisturizer that is light but very hydrating. Unlike most gel moisturizers, this moisturizer feels very hydrating and moisturizing. Most gel moisturizers you find in a drugstore are hydrating but never moisturizing. Because of this texture, I honestly feel that it can be used for all skin types. The moisturizer is light enough for oily skin but moisturizing enough for dry skin. It is light but doesn’t leave your skin feeling sticky.
My Thoughts Isntree Onion Newpair Gel Cream Review
I reviewed the Isntree Onion Toner [here] and saw results immediately. However, I didn’t really see results from the Isntree Onion Gel Cream. That’s why I decided to use this for a longer period of time to see if I used it toner, I would see results.
It might be because I didn’t use it every day, but I honestly didn’t see my scars fade or find it helped with the redness of my skin. When I suddenly had had 5 big pimples in the middle of my forehead that decided to pop out, I thought it could help soothe my pimples. But it really didn’t. I find that the Klairs midnight cream calmed my skin better. I recently tried the P.calm toner much more effective in calming the skin.
However, that’s not to say it is a terrible moisturizer. It feels very hydrating and very moisturizing. IF you want a good moisturizer with the potential of brightening and soothing it is a great moisturizer to test out.

Conclusion – Isntree Onion Newpair Gel Cream
Do I like it? Yes…Maybe. Although I didn’t find the Isntree Onion Gel Cream super effective in brightening or helping reduce scaring, I still like the isntree onion moisturizer. It might be because I love the Isntree onion toner that I still have hope and am a bit biased. However, it is a good moisturizer. The Isntree Onion Gel cream is very hydrating and moisturizing, unlike most moisturizers. It feels quite nice on the skin. No sticky residue, while leaving the skin moisturized. That’s why I think it would be a great moisturizer for all skin types. but especially for acne-prone skin. It can help moisturize and help balance your skin.
